JohnM Posted July 28, 2006 Share Posted July 28, 2006 This is off the top of my head> I'm trying to understand how the percentage actuall works If some one could figure my example out for me PTDD=50% of 100% = 50% DMLL= 30% of 50% = 35% PN= 30% of 35% =24.5 % HL= 10% of 24.5% =22.05% Tinnitus=10& of 22.05% =19.845 % So would I add 50+35+24.5+22.05+19.845 together to get a precentage rate or would you add 50,30,30,10,10 together The 19.845 would mean that is whats left of your body precentage wise Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

foreveryoung Posted July 29, 2006 Share Posted July 29, 2006 (edited) Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe your rating should be 80%. The first (2) 50-30 = 65 Next add the 30% = 76 Next add the 10% = 78 Next add the 10% = 80 Each 10% you receive it will increase. Hope this helps. HadIt.com Elder wallyg Posted July 31, 2006 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 31, 2006 I will agree with those who said the overall rating is 80%, IF THERE ARE NO BILATERAL ratings. However, none of the individual calculations are correct, after the first two values. I guess everybody must have gone to school after New Math was introduced. Question
JohnM
This is off the top of my head> I'm trying to understand how the percentage actuall works
If some one could figure my example out for me
PTDD=50% of 100% = 50%
DMLL= 30% of 50% = 35%
PN= 30% of 35% =24.5 %
HL= 10% of 24.5% =22.05%
Tinnitus=10& of 22.05% =19.845 %
So would I add 50+35+24.5+22.05+19.845 together to get a precentage rate or would you add 50,30,30,10,10 together
The 19.845 would mean that is whats left of your body precentage wise
