PainterBK Posted May 30, 2012 Share Posted May 30, 2012 My decision came in the mail today. They gave me an increase from 50% - 70%. Retro back to July 2011. Although I was seeking retro back to 1977, which I still believe they owe. This is a huge first step in the battle.Thanks to everyone for your advice & guidance. I firmly believe if I had gone into my C&P without first checking on what to expect with you guys I probably would have recieved a reduction. Also I think I was lucky to have a kind, compassionate C&P examiner. You guys are the best & I will always be in your debt. Evidence for a claim is important but the examiner can tilt the decision the wrong way many times. Again enjoy the increase and keep up the fight.
