Has anyone heard of the Tiger Team?

To the feds in general, all that means is a group assigned to hopefully solve a problem or group of problems.

There is no telling what it actually means to the VA. The VA seems to have a knack of making vexatious problems worse, rather than make them go away.

The VA does things it's own unique way, and does not welcome changes. Changes usually just slow things down.

The VA's current concern is to reduce the number of pending claims, and hopefully the processing times. The simplest way to show positive results is to expedite simple claims.

If you are referencing the BVA, then it is a team of adjudicators.
