Question

Hi all, I guess it is my time for more stress in my little world, I am still in treatment, never stop in five years, treatment is one of my only time I can smile, been with Vets I can relate to. Seen my Dr. On one and one scares me because of more PE, CPT, OR IN VIVO, recomendations, at the sametime is where I can get answers to my world.

I have just learn to endure my avoidances to just immediate family one friend, plus Hadit. Now comes this, more stress is not welcome, what should I expect? Another C&P?

This is just an update, I am at the eb and flow of the VA.

Since filing for P&T is considered a request for an increase you could do it through your rep if you trust him. How long have you been 100%? If you don't get cooperation from your rep you can request P&T yourself by sending a letter directly to your VARO via certified mail/return receipt. P&T is a claim, but the VA usually looks at your treatment record and if they see your condition is static you should be made P&T. If you are over 55 P&T is almost a sure thing.

Hey John, I have been 100% for just about a year, not much more, I just turn 56, and haven't work for over 5 years, I did received my ssdi due to a spinal condition the army called congenital. So between physical and mental fortitude not the same. I will see my rep, to push for P&T. who is paid by the state.

If your PTSD has not improved in one year from time you got 100% you should ask to be made P&T.

i have had 70% and IU for over 8 years now and going for PT i was told was a waste of time because not only do they give you another CP and get a chance to screw you around but IF you get 100PT on PTSD you still could not work even if you could and the pay is the same so it seems unless they offer the 100% its a chance to get sideways with the VA/// and i have been seeing a doctor now 2 times a month for over 9 years and when i was in the philippines for 6 of them i was self pay

I got P&T in less than one year after being made TDIU. I was denied P&T in my rating and I appealed it by NODing denial of Chapter 35. I never had a C&P for P&T, nor did I have one for TDIU.
