Letter From Ss......

Question

Received a letter from SS yesterday.

It states that I meet the medical requirements for disability and gives me a date the disability has been established on.

It also states that they have not yet made a decision about whether or not I meet the non-medical requirements.

This appears to be good news.

Streetwalker,

Make sure you send in your SSDI paperwork to the VA if it helps support your TDIU CLAIM.

Sgt Sandman

As soon as I get the letter from SSDI I will head down to my VSO to get it in my file. The ONLY thing SSDI used to determine my case was my VA records for my service connected disabilities
