In Memoriam Stretch Posted November 2, 2012 In Memoriam Share Posted November 2, 2012 Seems they keep doing this, getting caught, and dealt with in such a minor way that they continue as if slightly scolded. Federal Acquisition Regulations requires that the problem is corrected and that guidelines and punishment set up to prevent further occurrences. Looks like the FAR failed. sgtdjusmc
