Computer Tech Posted June 9, 2013 Author Share Posted June 9, 2013 Got the brown envelope today, sc for IHD at 10% effective Sep 2010, IHD increased to 100% May 3, 2012. SC for PN all four extremities denied, no record of in service. I had filed as secondary to DMII which is on appeal so I'll wait to see what the VA decides on my NOD.
