Va E-Folder?

I called the DAV today to obtain the status of my current disability claim and was told all of my documents had been loaded into the e-folder for processing by the VA. My claim is currently located in the "rating phase." All feedback is appreciated, thank you.

Wow! What a bummer! I went from the preparation for decision phase with an estimted completion date of November 2013 BACK to the gathering of evidence phase with an estimated completion date of 07/13/2014-01/16/2015.

I am literally pulling my hair out, as I thought I was so close to completion.
