0 meghp0405 Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 all military individuals presently going through a med board are enrolled in the IDAS system. This is where the individuals service conducts the med board and a claim goes to VA at the same time. They receive the answer back at the same time. Once he is med retired, he will receive his retired pay from his service. He needs to resubmit to the VA for his claim because when he received it with the med board, the va was a provisional rating.
