Error Message Filing New Claim On Ebenefits

Question

I have tried for the last couple of days on two different computers in two different locations (home and office) to file a new claim on ebenefits. I've already certified mailed and faxed it to the RO, this was just backup. Each time I can log in no problem, and the first page of my husband's info is accurate. Then I get an unexpected error cue and I can't proceed from there. I know how to use the site, but this is the first time I've used it to file a new claim. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Given the recent problems with E-Benefits, as well as the past ones, nothing would suprise me!

I'd expect months to go by before EB even shows the existance of the paper claim.

I have been trying to get a claim in for 2 weeks with no luck, I keep getting same message.. You the same?
