It is a long and slow process. However, it does get better. In my case, it is better because from Sep 2009 and into the future, everything is resolved. The last piece of my battle is correcting the effective start date. I won't look at my effort as a failure if I don't get the correct effective date because from Sep 2009 forward, it is corrected. I try to be an optimist. Don't let today's frustration lead to tomorrows denial. :)

Never give up cause if you dom't the VA will eventually yield. Oftentimes we forget that the law is on our side.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
