I hope it is finally over for you....there would be state benefits and other ancillary benefits if this is correct at ebenefits and I guess the "none" part is wrong on that letter but I think an award letter would come sooner that the state benefit letter,if it was from the VA. Jbasser sure is right....the retro might be in the bank account before you get the official award letter.
