Navy04
FDC claim completed today. I am very happy with the timeline of this recent FDC as it was completed in a little over 4 months. I was only awarded 30% for R Shoulder, and everything else denied. The VA or the VES Examiner did not even look at the Notes or MRIs. So I reopened those claims along with new secondary conditions. I will not give up, until I am SC for all the disabilities that the Navy created that I did not ask for. Thank you guys so much for the support. In Memoriam Stretch Posted October 15, 2014 In Memoriam Share Posted October 15, 2014 Congrats and hang in there. StretchJust readin the mail Excerpt from the 'Declaration of Independence' We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity
