Im just curious if this is a good thing or another generic message? My claim has been going on for over 8yrs now. I was medically discharged from the army with a service connected disability with a rating and the VA kept denying me prior to this message. I literally faxed the form 9 to them the day prior before.

so the other day the congressman contacted me and is mad. she told me never to call the 1-800 number again and told me to talk to her directly with my claim for now on. We caught the VA in two lies in the past week and she is determined to get to the bottom of what is going on.
