On CNN last night ( Grace or Drew shows) they said apparently he got his VA award (or the retro) after he was arrested for this murder.

The VA kicked him out of treatment days before the incident. In Texas just being crazy is not going to work.

Wonder if he would fire incompetent c&p examiners. I know 2 of them that need to be out of the VA system. They are clearly there only for a pay check.
