I went down hard on my Softtail Harley. I wrestled with wet pavement, and a 900 pound bike that just had no respect at all for my skeletal system.

VHA has branded me a violent veteran. They refuse to accept verbal, or written communications with me on the sure knowledge that the Press is wrapping up a comprehensive investigative report showcasing multiple felony crimes by VHA. Nobody will speak, and my electronic record they entered a statement thwt I was known to legally record telephone conversations and hand it to the press and police.

Here is the success! The severe trauma was mostly healed with Medicare. The social worker paid by Medicare was shown a fraction of my documentation of VHA hanky panky by me, and she immediately calked a personal friend within VHA. Unbeknownst to my designated sole point of contact, the worker paid by medicare arranged for a doc I have never met, and works in a clinic miles and miles away on the coast across a mountain range, to prescribe a one month supply f the med that helps stop nightmares.

Then, because he prescribed for me, he was able to sign on as PCP so that he could authorize in home help paid by VHA! Odd, really. I am banned by PRF as violent from every VHA place, save one, and that place requires an armed escort everywhere I go. Even the latrine. But they pay for a private person to come alone into my home 12 hours a week to shop, cook, clean, and just help. All because a social worker who decided to call in a favor of a personal friend for a vet she didn't even really know.

I doubt that the doctor was operating within the normally expected ethical standards by prescribing for me but managing to keep it out of my medical records. The press telks me he wasnt, but that is tiny in contrast to the really goofy crap they pulled otherwise, so it was of little import to them really.

SUCCESS! I am not responsible if a doc in a clinic that I never met, and that I am banned from stepping foot in, prescribes like this, then poses as my PCP so Ican get the services I am entitled to. I Tried to call him in that clinic (about 3 or 4 hour drive away. Local clinic 5 minutes), but when they asked for my last four on the phone, they informed me that all communications with them would be ignored, then hung up, lolz.

If you need help, and VHA refuses, go to your local hospital and ask for a,professional social worker. Do not attempt to bang your head against a VHA lockout. Do not attack their strength! Go around them.

Use all of the tools we have secured by the sacrifices of our brothers and sistes, fathers, mothers, and fellow countrymen.

We are warriors! Use stratagem! He will prevail, who knows when to fight, and when not to. Never attack at the strong point! If you go to OIG, understand that you are speaking with the enemy who will make utmost effort to thwart your attempts at justice. You will never prevail by going to OIG at the VHA.

Their weakness is their size, and the fact they no longer posess moral law in our countrymens eyes. Do good, be good, and never give them what they need to prevail. Do not threaten. This is a tool of the enemies that hide within VHA. Dont give it to them. Its hard, but be patient. Another forumI can post precisely the correct and legal tactics exactly that will unhing any public servant operating outside the law.

Use strategem! Think it through, then go around them. Warriors of old knew the Art of War. This applies to the battle ever growing between a vicious govt agency, and the people whom they are tasked to serve. I won this round!

By the way, if you DO go to the press with offical misconduct stories as I did, then be prepared to accept enormous loss. I am a warrior. Warriors embrace loss as a challenge. Remember, we took oaths to uphold and protect our way of life. I do not remember being released from that oath. Do you?

And now they removed the Cat One Violent designation. It was placed onto me by VHA, because (in their own words on the letter) a Circuit Court judge issued a Restraining Order against a VHA employee, naming me as the protected person.

That decision on their part, it turns out was a colossal mistake. I did not roll over. I stood up.

They took away every prescription, group session, and all medical and dental services, because I went to court, and the judge agreed they represented a continuing danger to my safety, and BOY HOWDY, was that judge right. You simply would not believe the five (I said 5) PRF letters to me in the 3 years that followed was concurrent with 19 interviews with press, and a whole bunch of Freedom Of Info Act requests, and multiple recorded conversations with VHA officials (passed along to law enforcement).

It nearly killed me. I nearly killed myself over it.

I am told, with the lifting of the PRF has had the effect in the press of putting the final touch on a convoluted story of VHA corruption. 6 weeks or so. A VHA official told me recently that state laws did not apply to them as federal employees.

Let's see if a Circuit Court judge agrees with this, because I do not remember in civics class being told that anyone is above the law...the State Police detective involved doesnt seem to think so either

But. as individuals within the circuit court's jurisdiction, that's another layer.

Basically true- - - But are "they acting lawfully"? If not, then the government can/might be liable,

and might try the sovereign defense.

"They", in turn, can be held liable by the government (if it chooses, which is not that often).

I wonder if something like this might be a "Writ of Mandamus" candidate.

Talk about a lawyer's delight!

Some decades ago, in a state that used to consider the Sheriff as the highest law enforcement official (in his area)

a circuit court issued a writ against a local military facility concerning non payment.

The sheriff showed up with the writ and a chain to "secure the premises". The facility immediately issued a check in payment,

and gave it to the sheriff as the court's agent. Federal law was supposedly changed to prevent such things from happening again.
