It amended my original DD Form 214 by adding the Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal, with "N" Device and one Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster. The USAF/AFPC has advised me that they will mailing off the medal, N device and bronze oak leaf cluster to me when they receive their shipments in late 2015. My Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster and an "N" Device arrived in the mail today from the AFPC at Randolph AFB here in Texas. Peace out!
