Just noticed this...possible CUE?

This is the most recent

lumbar spine degenerative arthritis 20% Service Connected 06/25/2014

lower back condition Not Service Connected Predischarge Exam (11/2004)

lumbar spine is your lower back! sorry I don't think its a CUE.

NOT S.C. in Nov 2004 PREDISCHARGE EXAM! but was 20% S.C. on June 6TH 2014

Recheck your SMR's

I just saw the lumbar spine and lower back would be the same thing

yes,

however you may want to check out your disability to see the % if it gets worse or has gotten worse?

check out hadit's disability % chart to your disability/s

Icurle, same thing happened to me, was denied previously and now will be granted at different condition. Don't that it is a CUE my friend. Good luck
