WELL A FEW HOURS AGO I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM VA REGIONAL OFFICE THAT MY APPEAL FROM 2012 WAS INCREASED FROM 30% TO 70%. SO THAT MEANS 3 YEARS OF BACKPAY. ALSO THE VA PERSON WORKING ON MY CASE SAID SHE WILL TALK TO MY EMPLOYER AND BASED ON THAT CONVERSATION WILL MAKE A DECISION IF I AM APPROVED FOR TDIU. A day after the email Allison Hickey responded who said she forwarded the case to the Director of the LA regional Office. I still have couple upcoming exams for Sleep Apnea and possible Asthma, hopefully that will help me award TDIU.
