You stated you were in good health upon leaving the military and Sleep Apnea can be an onset due to obesity which the doctor indicates you are a bit over weight. You have to S/C the SA to AD and there is no direct link for you to get S/C for SA As far as the migraines that too is a grey area....you indicated no issues upon being released from AD. I think both of these are going to be denied but your PTSD should be awarded at 50% You mention the Unemployability? None of the exams indicated your contentions would hinder you and employment...Are you wanting to be Unemployable? Looks like Migraines might be granted at the 10-30% range SC, but sad to say that Sleep Apnea will not be granted SC. Good luck and God Bless!!!
