0 USMC_VET
In short they are supposed to consider the old evidence from past claims etc. and the new evidence you have submitted. Wherever all the evidence best fits in is what they are supposed to rate it as, whether it is lower, same or higher. Your opinion on what it should be has no real bearing on it. so if you say i think it shoul dbe 30% and the evidence points to 50% thats what it will be. that being said keep an eye out and watch out for a lowball. 70% - PTSD ->50% - OSA (Secondary to PTSD) 30% - Bilateral Pes Planus w/Plantar Fasciitis 30% - Migraines 10% - Tinnitus 20% - Back 0% - bilateral shin splints

Wolf, how did you request an increase? I have 0% SC for rhinitis and have been on a steroid medication for a few years now so I think I can request an increase...just not sure how to do it. Thanks
