Well, I can tell you this much, the C&P examiner is going to do thier own ROM tests.

What is the current 40% rating based on. What does the 40% decision say regards your elbow.

Personally, I would not take that exam with me. I would wait until after you have your C&P exam. First, this one is crappy and hard to read. You doctor did you no favors writhing like a 3rd grader. Second, The C&P exam may be more favorable for you and if you take that one with you, it could end up giving you a worse score.

Now, you have time to submit additional evidence before they make a decision. I would compare the two and see if your private doctor one helps. If not, then it didnt happen, etc. The VA wont find it unless you give it to them or you tell them to look for it, etc.

I had a civilian doctor fill out a form for my spousal A&A claim, and yes he went to the same grade school as you doctor..

Hope this helps,

I already have a proposal from the Va to decrease my 40% for elbow DDD 10%. During my DBQ exam the Va doctor manipulated my elbow by physically pulling it toward her despite me screaming it hurts while doing the rom test with the gage, she had one hand on the gage and other hand pulling my arm after I stop moving it due to severe pain. My initial 40% rating is for rom extension with 110 degree's or more. I am just waiting on my hearing date. Thanks for your help
