Question

Hello All.

Had BVA hearing June 2nd and have heard nothing as yet? Not even a transcript although I pretty much remember what was said.

Do I call the obudsman and ask whats up or just go fishing?

Stillhere, I had a video teleconference June 2nd, 2015 at Winston Salem VARO, I received decision from BVA Aug 17, the judge made the decision on Aug 14, which was a Saturday, blew my mind.  Don't be alarmed, I've heard the average timeframe(according to my attorney), is around four months after a BVA hearing.  I myself filed the original claim in Jan of 2010.  The judge granted service connection. I only had two issues, lupus erythemetosus with memory loss/mood disorder secondary to lupus, if you have more issues, it will probably take a little longer.  Don't lose heart, and yes the judge that hears your case usually makes the decision, with help from the attorneys on his team.
