GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Are they reffering possibly to the Supreme court case with Chief Justice opining on the 70% (maybe 50%+ according to govt slug attorney) of appeals that are overturned thus the (paraphrased) 'governments position is substantially unjustified'.

I find it ridiculous that the VA somehow 'doesnt know' the date these applications were made.  I would get it if these were apps found laying around since the 50's but most of these im going to guess were in the last few years, maybe a bit longer.  how they are able to continue to be funded and function....I mean really if any other agency acted like this and cant even keep track of WHEN they get paperwork and applications...the least htey could do is maybe look at the date of the signature on the application...that might give a good ballpark...

70% - PTSD

->50% - OSA (Secondary to PTSD)

30% - Bilateral Pes Planus w/Plantar Fasciitis

30% - Migraines

10% - Tinnitus

20% - Back

0% - bilateral shin splints

I may have posted the 74% number.  I took it from the 2014 BVA Chairman's report.  Of the claims that made it to the BVA, in 2014   29.7% were awarded, and another 46.1% were remanded.  (claims for compensation).  This means that 75.8% of claims that made it to the board had one or more errors that warranted a minimum of a remand.  (I think it may have been 74% the previous year, and the quality has gone down hill).
