Guest jstacy Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 I received the rating decision today. Full benefit sought was granted on Apeal. There is a discrepency in the effective date that needs to be addressed as well as they did not pay for dependants and said I would have to file for that. I sent the form Certified mail today. Patience and persistance does pay off. I feel a little depressed about this for some reason so I am going to take a break for the rest of the evening. Many go through a period of being down about our disability being offically recognized. Don;t worry it is pretty normal.
