Moderator broncovet Posted December 7, 2015 Moderator Share Posted December 7, 2015 That is good Florida exempts your property taxes, but I dont know if it is worth it or not given that it is not a particulary cheap place to live, and Im pretty sure its not a good place to GET disabled Vets benefits from VA. boomer2
You will pay a small amount for trash pick up. I pay like 175.00 a year. You can also get a disabled vet auto tag for 5.00 a year. But, as broncovet says it is expensive to live here. In fact I am considering moving to Tennessee. rwskitch
iceturkee
i have lived in florida since i was 13, minus 11 years active duty. thats over 40 years. i do not consider this an expensive state to live in. there is no state income tax. and sales tax is 7%.
