Keep in mind that several weeks is a lot better than several years if you do not send it and your claim is continued to be denied. There is the problem, no one can say what the ready to rate status is. Claims move back and forward until every thing is completed and approved which could still take several weeks to a month or so. 0 DevilDog12 Posted January 13, 2016 Author Share Posted January 13, 2016 It was in Gathering of Evidence phase for awhile, then disappeared from EBenefits about a month ago. Called Peggy, and was told that on 12/29 it went into ready to rate status. This is a NOD, and I opted for DRO review. First time I've filed a NOD, so I'm just anxious and curious.
