Ascomdepot68
Greetings I have an occasional need/desire to print information from eBenefits for my records. When I try to print in the conventional way, what I get is very different and only part of what is on the screen. Cutting and pasting does not work.. "Saving page as" does not work either. I checked the previous posts and found nothing on this subject. Anybody have any ideas that you have used or tried and that work? I'm not on here as much as I used to be (lurking) but I will check back ever couple of days Thanks I'm using Windows 7 and Google chrome.

Moderator broncovet Posted January 12, 2016 Moderator Share Posted January 12, 2016 I printed ebnefits letters just yesterday. However, I was frustrated that I could not get the letter on one page..it took 2. Printing is a function of many steops...your browser, your text editors (MS Word, Adobe, etc), your printer and software (HP, Cannon, etc), and the ebenefits website. Try using a different browser, such as IE, and see if you get a different result.
HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted January 12, 2016 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 12, 2016 (edited) Ascomdepot68, just a remember when you hit the print button be sure you use the one inside the PDF form. Make sure you put your mouse inside the content toward the top and this will slide down as seen below SEE ATTACHMENT Edited January 12, 2016 by Buck52
