BVA Docket Number

I got my docket number from the BVA and was wondering how to find out what it means? is there any info on the BVA website? I had my hearing before the judge in May 16 and had C&P       appointments for my increase in Jun 16. Any info would be appreciated as I have been waiting for about 10 years.

The docket number means that BVA appeals are done in docket number order, unless you qualify for an Advance on the docket.  If you post the number, we may be able to give you an idea as to when your appeal may happen.  

I had a docket number of 09 xxx, where 09 means year 2009.    It was completed in 2012.  3 years after docketing.  

Since my 2012 decision was a remand, and I filed a nod disputing what the VARO did on the remand, I kept the 09 docket number, and my second BVA was finished in 2015.  I disputed the BVA decision at the CAVC, and am now having a hearing before the CAVC  soon.  The CAVC is not as backlogged as the RO and the BVA.

My husbands claim shows it at the intake center at board.  When should he get a docket nu

mber?  He filed the claim in Jan of 12.  Denied October.12. Filed appeal in November of 12.  Still no docket number.  Should he call Peggy or what?
