syne7
I guess the real question is can/should one influence a decision before it's finalized, and try and avoid appeal/NOD. Edited August 16, 2016 by syne7 broncovet
0 Moderator brokensoldier244th Posted August 16, 2016 Moderator Share Posted August 16, 2016 You can usually get the results of medical tests/visits from MyHealthVet under the "Blue Button" download. I get my weekly psych notes this way so that I have them. I just download them as a PDF and then save them in a file.

Also, what 'good authority' is telling you this? That information may be useful for other vets because normally we have to wait until the decision letter because the 1-800-PEGGY number agents normally can't really see much in the way of claim activity that specific. Broken Soldier, VSOs for example can see tentative decisions 48 hours before they are finalized. Edited August 16, 2016 by syne7 Update with more specific info.
