Are you currently 90% SC for VA Compensation? On your last Comp Rating Decision, was an "Inferred Individual Unemployablity" Claim referenced.

You posted your 90% and having trouble getting to 100%, join the club, it's an uphill battle. You need a New SC Condition rated at at least 50% SC or a Dramatic Worsening of an existing SC.

What exactly makes you think your rating should be 100%? A redacted copy of your DBQ's and Award/Denial Letters would be very clarifying. You really need to help us better understand your SC/medical situation.

Wispeak.

It sounds like you are asking how much is DIC.  (Dependents Indemnity Compensation).  The surviving spouse (to a deceased Vet) can apply for DIC.  I think its "about" 1300 per month, but check with lotsaspotz links, for current rates on DIC.
