Cavman
One of my doctors has just increased my daily meds. Should this info be sent to the RO for my appeal? Cavman
carlie
Only if that would raise the percentage of your compensation, or support a claim in process. jmho, carlie
Cavman
This would be in regards to my ptsd appeal asking for 100% IU. I have sent my original med prescriptions taken daily, of course with other evidence. With them increased it will make me more incapacitated I would think. Berta
Would the doc be willing to write a leter to VA telling why the increase was needed? Or even if he just told you why-and did not make record entry-you could tell this to VA.
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted December 19, 2006 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 19, 2006 Cavman If the med increase is needed then it must be because your condition is worse. The doctor has to spell this out because you cannot assume the VA will come to that conclusion. You are on your way Cavman, you just keep fighting.
