Question

...Good morning brothers and sisters simple question, any of you know of accountants familiar with calculating retro pay to verify Regional Office calculations for retro back pay owed to a veteran with several disabilities in the equation in the Pinellas County, Florida area ???

And also don't forget that if your dependency status changes over the retro period, that can impact it also.

What about additional rating when you have both limbs or all limbs with a disability.  So if you have PN at 20% in both feet you add those rates together and take 10% of that and add it into the overall rating on the limbs.   I never could figure out if VA did that for me because I am just short of 100% due to ratings for PN on all four limbs.
