Question

Hi all,

Today I received the official letter letting me know that my appeal was placed on the Board's docket.  It goes on to say that my appeal is being reviewed by my VSO rep.  Now of course it want move anymore until the DAV do

their review.  My question is: do anybody know how long the VSO review usually takes when it's at the board?

Sax, check your Docket Number against the BVA Decisions for 2016 & 2017, your looking at 1++ years for your Appeal to be addressed by a BVA Judge. Even then, there's the possibility of a Remand to the RO for Cause.

The VSO Review is of little consequence as far as holding up your Appeal.

What type of BVA Appeal did you request, Video Hearing, Travel Board or DC Hearing?
