Question

Ok I think that the VA is adding up my disabilities wrong if I’m doing this right, but I’m not sure, so could one of you guys please help me with this please?

Here’s my disabilities

50 MDD

20 BACK

20 R leg nerve

20 L leg nerve

10 L knee

10 R knee

10 Sacroiliac

10 BP

VA IS BEEN PAYING ME AT 80%!!!

This isn’t right is it? They forgot to figure in combining of the nerves and knees right?

Unfortunately yes it is right.

According to VA Math I got  83.384%  which rounds back down to the 80%  if it had rounded out to 85 % for  it would crossed over to the 90%

Isnt 20&20=36+10 bilateral and

10&10=19+10 bilateral?

You might want to look at the rating criteria for each of these conditions and compare them to your medical symptoms and the severity of them  with (medical documentation)

I am not sure about the rating critera for most of the conditions , but they sound about right to me,  but  if they have you under rated for some of these conditions, copy your rating rating sheet to each condition..and if that conditions warrants a higher rating   then DISAGREE with what they rated you, it should show as an increase in your claim.

Also I am not sure how a Veteran is rated for pain? (this is New) but if you use a VSO ask him/her about that too.  b/c were suppose to be able to get a rating for Pain.

I have not seen any Regulations on this just yet?

I just added all the conditions and % together that you put up...Each leg each knee would be rated seperate or bilaterally and I added all them together.
