Case closed but im confused on the rating

Tinutus 10%

Ptsd 50%

Chronic scolios 10%

Right knee 10%

Patella 10%

Left knee instabilty 20%

Right wrist 10%

As of last month I went from 50% to 80% now this is not including the chronic scolios which increased to 10% and another 10% increase on the left knee which showed up the day it closed. We did not expect anything on the back cause it was declined last month. Basically they gave us the 80% increase kept the case open for the c&p exam. I did that on the 2nd of this month. If im correct im.still stuck at 80% from what the chart says. I aslo have other claims that were declined. The Ab8 letter on ebenefits has not changed still says effective date May 8, 2018.

You should be clearer after you get the envelope and read the reasons for decisions.  Until then, speculating on all the "What if"s" probably is unproductive.

I agree with Bronco.  Get your decision and then decide the direction you want to take.  It looks like they low balled you on all of your conditions.

Glad you made it thru your exams bud. To me it actually looks good. It is very hard for the VA to grant so many Disabilities in a short period of time, so it looks like the Raters are actually doing their job. It takes a lot to get to 100% as you can see by my signature. Good luck and keep us posted. God Bless!!!
