Can my husband’s fiduciary and the VA decide if my husband can pay for an (IMO)?

My husband wanted DR Bash too Do An (IMO)and (IME) and My husband’s fiduciary said he will have to ask the VA first before he can pay for this. He also said my husband should just get free C&P exams. Can the VA go against my husband’s wishes to hire Dr. Bash?

You are entitled to C&P exams if you file for benefits.  As for hiring a doctor to do an exam that is up to you, the VA cannot prevent you from doing this.  Just recognize that this is an expensive endeavor.

What is your husband claiming and what is his current level of disability?

Fiduciary is responsible  for allotment of your benefits  making sure your financial responsibility are being meet.

My question to you is why are you not his  fiduciary?

Still waiting for our US visa's, Get hearing aids, and improve my English a bit first. but that is our plan after we arrive in the US and get settled in

Yes, My son and I are Polish, but we live in Cyprus. we will figure out how I can take over as fiduciary ASAP.
