Vet Dog and wife
Just had this filled out by a doctor and a psychiatrist for my husband, should I have them fill out this new one now? Thank you
0 jfrei
I’m on the same boat except they denied the first one with the expire 21-2680 and said they couldn’t find records in my file for my claim about two months ago, so my Doctor filled out the new one and I’ve been preparation for a decision since 12/18 with a completion date of 1/8-2/5. I’d get the new one filled out and submitted in with the pending claim instead of waiting for them to pull a fast one but that’s just my opinion... 0 Moderator broncovet Posted January 1, 2019 Moderator Share Posted January 1, 2019 Likely. Read what the doc said. If its favorable, send it in. The Veteran is not "required" to send the VA unfavorable evidence if they dont have it already. We should never lie, but that does not mean we have to answer questions that were never asked.
