0 Moderator broncovet Posted March 15, 2019 Moderator Share Posted March 15, 2019 The way I read it, after Feb. 19, everyone is in RAMP. However, there was some controversey about that, and I dont know if that has been resolved or not. Since you are still getting C and P exams and dont have a decision, then you could be one of the first to know. MY opinion is that you should NOT opt in until, at least, you get a denial. You should get instructions on how to appeal when/if you get a denial. However, if you do succeed in getting into RAMP BEFORE your decision (I doubt it), I can not see why this would mean more c and p exams. Some of the regualtions have been updated to include RAMP language, but the vast majority is still the same.
0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted March 15, 2019 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 15, 2019 I believe claims in the legacy process before Feb 19th will be work as usual and claims filed after Feb 19th will be place in RAMP.
