I am under the impression the only way they will reduce is if you are on TDUI.  That is were you can’t maintain steady employment because of your disability.  Sounds like you are at 80 without anything else. I am at 90% and make $50k.  I might soon be at 100% but still employable.

No.  Read the regulations.  The VA has to follow them, too, sometimes.  This explains the circumstances when VA can reduce your rating.  Basically, if your condition improves since your exam when benefits were awarded, then you can be reduced.
