OnSep 15, 2015, VA denied 3 medical conditions that were secondary conditions to Diabetes Mellitus:1.Artery & vein conditions (Vascular diseases including varicose veins). 2Heart conditions (including ischemic & non-ischemic heart disease arrhythmias, vascular disease and cardiac surgery). 3. Hypertension.I did not appeal in time but now all 3 conditions are worse. Can I again file as secondary conditions or file as a REOPENED CLAIM” showing new evidence?I know I have been asking a lot of questions regarding this matter but this one may be one of my last questions.

please ask more! Yes you can! Make sure you have a medical nexus linking them or they will deny them again. You can also try to get he earlier date, but first get them connected.
