Question

Service connected for Achilles Tendinosis (tears in Achilles Tendon).

I have been suffering with foot pain for 36-40 months.

I want to file a claim for Chronic Pain (in foot) secondary to service connected Achilles.

Has anyone filed a claim for chronic pain?

All information is appreciated.

QUESTION,

the VA PhD wrote this diagnoses from c@p exam and denied me service connection in 2004 for secondary depression caused by my sc low back sprain with chronic pain.

DIAGNOSES AXIS Pain disorder associated with psychological factors and general medical condition (general medication condition being presumed back injury) Anxiety and depressive symptoms.

my question with this diagnoses from 2004 c@p exam Can I request my pain disorder be secondary to my sc low back sprain that was awarded in 2002? I continue to have chronic low back pain. and  my 2015 C@p exam for increase, the VA added secondary degenerative arthritis and secondary spondylosis both caused by my sc low back sprain. evidence shows my low back sprain continues to become worse up to 2019.

randylan2 ,You should re-post as new, so you start a new problem. Suggest you list more clearly what you have for s-c in the new posting and what the conditions are rated for. The VA is careful not to pyramid disabilities, so you need to determine if you are being compensated already for the pain.
