Wilson
Had appeal hearing in March of 2019. It has now moved back to the judge for finale decision. Under issues of appeal it is showing granted.Does this mean it has been approved in my favor?
0 vetquest
While you can never trust the VA online information services to be always correct it looks like you have been granted SC and a percentage. Wait for the reply for the VA for more information. They may lowball you and you will need to appeal the percentage. That comes after the envelope though. Good luck and keep us posted. 0 rsm-esq
If it says 'granted,' I'm cautiously optimistic that you'll get exactly the benefits for which you filed the claim. Every approved VA disability comp claim should address three components: service connection; effective date; and rating percentage. And if any of these components is incorrect in the BVA decision, you should consider appealing to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. All the best...
