However my va disability claim is still processing and I’ve never been rated ever. it is typed out to my name and address and says: VA COMPENSATION - 12/01/19 - 12/31-19 it looks just like this check attached. Your claim could be done and they haven't notified you yet. The money often comes before the decision. HOWEVER Upon VA tracker my VA still says it is under evidence gathering and review and decision. AND, I still have a few other C&p exams to go to. However some of my obvious symptoms that I was seen MULTIPLE times IN the army was not SC such as: GERD, Shin Splints, and back pain. Why is that? Weird... I am certain the VA did not look at my latest evidence package due to timing of receiving this check. If needing to appeal, can I re submit this packet and just name it something else?
