dwbell99
If a statement in the DECISION section of a Rating Decision lists "service connection", does this also cover a "secondary service connection"? If so, where is this addressed in the VA regulations? Edited January 21, 2020 by dwbell99 clarification of question
0 Berta
Great news dwbell! "They were finally approved in March but instead of 2010 being my effective date they made February 3, 2020 my effective date. Clearly an error. " from ???? I cant open page one??? If you were at a ratable level and diagnosed with the same disability in 2010, and VA had the evidence at that time for an award, you have what appears to be the Basis for a CUE claim on the past denial, and that would recover more retro but we need to see the denial of 2010- cover your C file # and name prior to scanning and attaching it here.Include the evidence list too. 0 Berta
It is a weather problem, ( I am in a cloud) Deedub might have a basis for CUE.
