Moderator broncovet Posted January 31, 2020 Moderator Share Posted January 31, 2020 If you have more than one computer, try it on another one. The idea is to figure out if the problem is on your Local computer, or soemthing else. If the problem is on your local computer, lots of times reloading your operating system "fixes stuff". It fixes LOTS of stuff. It puts a brand new copy of the software, which often degrades over time. Many IT pros recommend reloading the operating system once a year. I used to do that with WIndows, but now I have Linux which is much more secure and much closer to "glitch free".
vetquest
I am wondering if it has anything to do with your clearing cookies. You can set preferences when clearing cookies and I think you may have something set there.
