Guest
Great news, I love your tenacity, grit and that you stood your ground. Do you have a time frame for your BVA remand? I only asked because I recently won a BVA remand granted back to 1998. No law dog just my CAVC remand. I understand that VA thinks that veterans are not so smart but we can learn and adapt and maneuver just like the enemy.
Tommie S. Hinton
Those were some great wins, and yes I finally got my 100% for IU, of which VA granted a combine rating of 70, however, they paid me on 100% for the IU. So I agree persistence does pay off. It took me 20 plus years to get to this point, and VSO Gary Douglas said man done give up. There were many times I want to give up, and basically had until meeting him, and then VSO name Derald and attorneys of which my final approval came at the hands of Gerald Johnson. VA want you to quit they don't lose nothing and your file goes in the deletion pile.
