CUE claim back pay

Rate this question

Question

Made a claim for tinnitus on 01/1969 it was denied.Reopened claim for a service connection on 08/2003.BVA granted the SC on12/2010 with back pay to 08/2007, the date I received a pension. It was obvious that the BVA had made their decision because of a CUE in the 1969 RO decision.Upon a re-appeal for benefits prescribed in 38CFR 3.105 in 02/2011.In 9/2019 the case went  to the CAVC which told the BVA to award the benefits. What should they be and how should they be calculated?
