I just found this: the DAV announced that they will pay out a $250.00 payment to qualified unemployed s-c veterans. It is times sensitive as they will do so until the fund is exhausted on a first come, first serve basis to the veterans who has lost their jobs due to the virus. This is a good thing for unemployed veterans, but its not for TDIU P&T Veterans.

I wonder if  a  100% scheduler  unemployed veteran can  get this extra 250.00?

Don't know but I would expect you have to have been employed and lost your job because of the virus slowing down everything in the economy. If it isn't clear, the veteran can always submit the application and roll the dice.
