Well to put the final nail in the coffin, if you are not already getting SSDI, you might as well apply for it. SSDI would be a little more income for you and your family.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

I filed my first claim for VA and SS on the exact same day.   I won my VA claim (first) with in 2 years.. SSD took just a month later or so.. First notice as expect was denial.. appealed.. denied, but as expected, in front of judge with work specialist on video camera.. she absolutely said zero chance of me finding a job.   Won, as expected.
